Substance Use Disorder Licensing

Substance Use Disorder Licensing Licensing is the regulatory authority responsible for the oversight of the licensure and regulation of all substance use disorder treatment providers in the state. The statewide system of care is dedicated to the prevention, treatment, and recovery of individuals with serious mental illness or substance use disorders. The Office of Licensing regulates licensed Substance use disorder Treatment Facilities, including Methadone Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) providers, as well as provides oversight for Designated Receiving Facilities.

Group Home Licensing

Group Home Licensing provides the community with placement resources and service delivery to children in a residential group care setting. These homes must provide supervision and support to children and their legal guardians.

Child-Placing Agency Licensing

Child-placing agency licensing allows for the placement of or arranging for the placement of a child in a family foster home, residential child caring agency, or approved adoptive home. The child-placing agency provides services and supports to children, families, and licensed foster homes.
