Credential Application Portal

Save time and apply online! You can now apply online for your Staff and Director Credentials via the Credential Application Portal (CAP). The CAP is located within your Child Care Training Student Account. To apply online, follow these simple steps:

1. Login to your Child Care Training Student Account
2. In your personal menu, select "Credential Application Portal". Select the credential type you are seeking
3. Follow the steps and input information based on the requirements of the credential you are seeking
4. Upload required documents (PDF or JPG files are accepted)
5. Verify information is correct and submit

Please allow for two weeks for your application to be reviewed. You can check your application review status at any time in the CAP.
