FASAMS ITN ATTACHMENT V: REQUIREMENTS RESPONSE MATRIX-A1. Referenced in the FASAMS ITN Section System Requirements Response Matrix. The vendor must respond to all the FASAMS business and technical requirements provided in ATTACHMENT V: REQUIREMENTS RESPONSE MATRIX.
FASAMS ITN ATTACHMENT VI: COST PROPOSAL WORKBOOK-A1. Referenced in the FASAMS ITN Section 4.3.3 Tab B: BUDGET. The vendor must demonstrate how they will use their budgeted funds to provide the services required in this ITN by submitting the Vendor’s cost proposal using ATTACHMENT VI: COST PROPOSAL WORKBOOK.

Uniform Grant Guidance (UGG) In 2014, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) enacted the UGG. The UGG is what was formerly contained in the eight OMB Circulars, along with additions, deletions, and modifications.
The UGG is the performance monitoring structure which supports grant activity. The FASAMS solution will need to comply with UGG standards.
