Provider Support Teams
The Provider Support Team includes representatives from the offices of the Inspector General, Child Welfare, Administration, General Counsel, and Communications as well as the Assistant Secretary for Operations and all six Regional Managing Directors. Team members will serve as points of contact to subcontractors and address questions or concerns regarding the ongoing provision of domestic violence services in Florida.
Along with sharing information to the subcontracted centers, the department will relay updates to those who may subcontract for other services related to domestic violence. These include, but are not limited to, courts and law enforcement agencies.
The department recognizes that domestic violence centers operate 24 hours a day and those who operate centers may have questions outside of typical business hours.
