Strategic Prevention Framework State Prevention Enhancement Grant (SPE)
The Strategic Prevention Framework State Prevention Enhancement Grant (SPE) is a one-year grant that is designed to strengthen and extend SAMHSA’s national implementation of the Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF).
The SPF process is an integral part of prevention’s mission to reduce the impact of substance abuse and mental illness for Florida’s families and communities. The grant consists of the development of a comprehensive Five Year Strategic Plan for Florida’s Prevention System, which includes Capacity Building and Infrastructure Enhancement.
