Enforcing Underage Drinking Laws (EUDL)

The main goal of the EUDL program is to support and enhance Florida’s efforts, in cooperation with local jurisdictions, to enforce laws prohibiting the sale of alcoholic beverages, or the consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors. In this program minors are defined as individuals under the age of 21.

The EUDL Block Grant from OJJDP has three goals:

  • To protect Florida youth from substance abuse
  • To reduce the demand for drugs in Florida
  • To reduce the supply of drugs in Florida

Counties involved in the EDUL program: Leon, Alachua, Tampa & Orange.
