Required HHS Online Training and Attestation
The course Serving our Customers who are Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing is a four-module online training. The first three modules are for direct service employees and Single Points of Contact (SPOCs). The final fourth module is only for SPOCs.
Be sure to print your certificate of completion for each module and place it in your personnel file. Also, be sure you have the Attestation of Understanding completed and filed as well.
