The Department of Children and Families Ocala Office is Relocating Effective Friday, January 15, 2016

OCALA – The Florida Department of Children and Families office in Ocala on 1515 E Silver Springs Blvd #107 in the Cascades Plaza, will be relocating to 1100 S.W. 38th Avenue, Ocala, FL 34474. DCF will begin serving their clients at its new location beginning January 15, 2016.  The new office is conveniently located less than five miles from downtown Ocala, near Interstate I-75. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday where full services will be available.

In addition, clients can comfortably apply on line at www.myflorida.com/accessflorida. Over 90 percent of public benefit clients have taken advantage of DCF’s online resources. Furthermore, to find out information about a current case, clients can log onto to their My ACCESS Account to reapply, submit changes and verifications and get notices and updates at www.myflorida.com/accessflorida.

Clients who do not have internet access or need additional assistance applying for benefits can also go to one of our 16 local community partners in Marion County.
