THE INTERNATIONAL RESCUE COMMITTEE invites you to

National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month

The IRC’s Anti-Human Trafficking program will host a presentation for members of the community who wish to learn about this hidden crime. We will define human trafficking and discuss why it is happening both at a global and local level as well as the recruitment methods used by traffickers to prey on victims. We will provide information on the benefits that victims are entitled to and what is being done locally to assist this population. Space is limited!

The event is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., but registration begins at 1:30 p.m.
