Proposed Rule 65A-1.603, F.A.C., decreases the standard utility allowance, the basic utility allowance and the telephone standard used in the calculation of benefits for the Food Assistance Program. Proposed Rule 65A-1.716, F.A.C., amends language for the Food Assistance Program standard utility allowance used in the Medicaid eligibility determination process. If requested in writing and not deemed unnecessary by the agency head, a rule development workshop will be held at the date, time and place shown above.
