ACCESS Florida Rule Workshop: Administrative Definitions

Proposed Rule 65A-1.203, F.A.C., revises the definition of the term “standard filing unit”.  Additional language is added to exclude incarcerated individuals of any age under detention or custody for more than 30 days from participating in public assistance programs.  If requested in writing and not deemed unnecessary by the agency head, a rule development workshop will be held at the date, time and place shown above.

Monroe County Community Alliance Meeting
