Monroe County Community Alliance Meeting

DESCRIPTION: The public are invited to attend the Community Alliance Meetings. The purpose of the Community Alliance is to design, strengthen, and advocate for a cohesive delivery system of care that will ensure the safety, well-being, and self-sufficiency of the people served by the Department of Children and Family Services and other local providers in a manner that is family centered, community based, integrated, outcome oriented, culturally competent, and timely in its responses with an emphasis on prevention and intervention.

South West Florida Regional Coalition Against Human Trafficking Meeting

Purpose of Meeting: Build and strengthen partnerships, and strengthen outreach and public awareness efforts related to human trafficking. Meeting is open to community agencies, law enforcement, healthcare and social service providers, teachers, the faith community, and the community-at-large on issues related to the crime of human trafficking.
