Florida Rule Hearing: Food Assistance Program Income and Expenses

Proposed Rule 65A-1.603, F.A.C., decreases the standard utility allowance, the basic utility allowance and the telephone standard used in the calculation of benefits for the Food Assistance Program.

If requested within 21 days of the Florida Administrative Register publication, a hearing will be held. If not requested, this hearing will not be held.
