Proposed Rule 65A-1.712, F.A.C., primarily updates fair hearing language in the Medicaid Transfer Disposition Notice, CF-ES 2358, and incorporates it by reference. Included in this proposed rule amendment are wording and technical changes to improve the overall content of the rule.
