Child Safety Fair

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s Fort Myers Regional Operations Center will be hosting a “Child Safety Fair” as part of FDLE’s 50th Anniversary. The fair will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2018 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm in the parking lot of FDLE’s Fort Myers Regional Operations Center located at 4700 Terminal Drive in Fort Myers. 

The event is open to the public and is free of charge. State and local law enforcement agencies along with other safety organizations will have activities for children and their parents including: 

Provider Meeting/Training Webinar - New Rule Changes for Rule 65C-22, F.A.C. Child Care Standards

Register today to learn about the new rule changes to Chapter 65C-22 regarding Child Care Standards that were adopted on October 25, 2017.  The webinar will include a review of the new rule and incorporated documents; including detailed discussion on new standards and suggested ways home providers can achieve and maintain compliance.  The webinar will be held on January 22, 2018, at 9-11AM.  There is no fee for this training.
